Farmers Insurance - Northwest District is seeking a driven Business Sales Associate with a clear pathway to long-term executive leadership. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work capabilities and scheduled in-person training.

You will build and manage a client portfolio, receive mentorship, and participate in exclusive executive training designed to transition you into an executive agency manager.

Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
• Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Actively quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies to new prospects using agency-provided leads.
• Cross-Selling & Portfolio Building: Identify opportunities to protect your clients further by introducing Commercial, Life Insurance, and Financial Services products.
• Pipeline Management: Expertly manage inbound leads, follow up consistently, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Client Advising: Assess client needs, explain complex coverage options simply, and customize insurance packages that best fit their families and businesses.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust and build long-term relationships within the Worth community to drive referrals and retention.
