Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technical support experience.
• 2–3 years of professional web development experience using modern frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve IT-related issues.
