Job summary

thunder::tech is seeking a skilled Digital Support Technician 1 to join our Development Department, delivering integrated marketing technology solutions and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

This role focuses on back-end systems, APIs, and CMS-driven apps using modern Microsoft technologies; you will provide IT support across teams and contribute to scalable, secure digital solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technical support experience assisting users with IT-related issues.
• 2–3 years of professional web development experience using modern frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect agency systems and client data.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving IT-related issues and requests.
• Analyze and troubleshoot active websites and applications across multiple programming languages.
• Work cross-functionally with Development and Client Services to ensure systems operate seamlessly.
• Provide status updates on requests to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with departments to support and maintain client websites.
• Develop new features for existing applications and dynamic websites.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and create reports to ensure functionality and performance.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and evaluate potential applications.
