GreenStone Farm Credit Services is looking for a Digital Support Specialist to handle daily customer support for our Customer Portal and online banking products. The role features a consistent 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern schedule, with on-call and Saturday shifts, and a hybrid work arrangement with on-site training in the Corporate Office during the first month.

Candidates should have 1+ years of technical or business experience and 1+ years in customer service, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Information

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related majors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails from external customers using MyAccess and Online Banking.
• Help customers log in to their accounts and answer questions about digital tools.
• Provide customer feedback to applications services to improve user experience.
