Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 2 years' experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service or Operations Support
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree may be considered as 2 years overall experience
• Onboarding and servicing client requests experience preferred
• Regulatory compliance experience preferred or required

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations - Provides client support for onboarding and servicing requests received through various channels to inquiries that may be a general or routine bank request or action; assistance with bank products and/or technical support.
• Collaboration - Participates in meetings, trainings and other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
