Job summary

Salal Credit Union is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support and enhance our digital banking platforms. You will investigate issues, work with business and technology partners, and participate in upgrades to improve member experience.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence at our Northgate headquarters at least one day per week (Wednesday). The schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting business applications or technology platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting software platforms and member-facing tech solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to investigate root causes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 support resource for online and mobile banking platforms.
• Prioritize requests by business impact and member experience.
• Perform release validation, regression testing, and QA for upgrades.
• Collaborate with partners, developers, and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
• Support digital banking initiatives through testing and planning.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to systems and processes.
• Perform routine system administration, reporting, and monitoring.
