Audacy, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead local and regional digital revenue efforts. The role focuses on selling digital platforms with a strong emphasis on new business development and pipeline management.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in media digital sales and prior sales leadership. The position offers hybrid work, with a starting salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus, depending on education, experience, and location.

Competenze

• 4+ years of media-related experience selling digital platforms and previous sales management experience.
• Subject matter expertise in digital marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, Display/Video, Social, Audio/Podcasts) and attribution measurement.
• Familiarity with streaming media, DSP, ad tagging, CRM, podcasting, blogging, PMax, RSS.
• Developing and conducting training sessions for our team of sellers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Participate on sales calls with Audacy Account Executives.
• Consult local and regional businesses to design tailored solutions.
• Execute an overall business plan and sales strategy to achieve digital revenue goals.
• Train the Audacy sales team on processes, products, and positioning.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and client campaigns.
