Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Digital Associate Director to lead a high-performing digital marketing team across global offices. You will shape strategy, oversee paid media execution, and drive measurable client outcomes in a hybrid Dallas–Fort Worth role.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, mentor managers, and align regional and global media plans while innovating processes and tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years in digital marketing across paid media.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Proven leadership of teams in a managerial or director-level capacity.
• Experience applying AI tools within media planning, execution, or reporting workflows.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a cross-functional team of managers, digital media buyers, and strategists across offices globally.
• Own planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing initiatives across channels.
• Serve as a senior client partner, driving growth, upsell, and strategic value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and align with global media strategies.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights to improve performance.
