Qualifications

• Salesforce and SAP experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of digital education events from start to finish.
• Coordinate event information, materials, and system updates.
• Maintain class and event records across systems with accurate data.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, bookings, attendance, and metrics.
• Extensive data entry, maintenance, and data loading across systems.
• Prepare data files for bulk uploads and format documents for platforms.
• Create and update educational materials and flyers.
