Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years event planning experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM databases and event registration platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, copywriting skills, and creativity.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine stakeholder objectives, audience and message with strong communication.
• Translate needs into strategic marketing campaigns with marketing and creative teams.
• Lead planning of all U.S. D&H conferences from start to finish including shipping, venue, expo details, agenda and collateral.
• Develop events following objectives, budgets, and revenue opportunities to increase profits.
• Coordinate customer and staff registration content and requirements.
• Facilitate White Glove Shipping & Storage service with vendors.
• Coordinate event shirt ordering and vendor participation.
• Ensure branding and messaging at all events across sales, advertising and marketing.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, track expenses and revenue.
• Travel to review new locations and provide onsite support as needed.
• Work with cross-department stakeholders to ensure deliverables and marketing revenue.
