Job summary

IntelliPro seeks an HR Assistant in Tampa, FL for a 3-month contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). You will document employee data changes, support payroll inquiries, and provide HR administrative support, leveraging ServiceNow and Microsoft tools.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong attention to detail, and experience in a high-caliber customer service environment, with Spanish language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow case management and payroll inquiries is a plus.
• Ability to understand payroll logic and timekeeping to answer employee questions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and case management related to payroll inquiries.
• Provide HR administrative support and data/documentation for employees.
• Partner with Payroll team on inquiries and resolution.
• Assist with tuition reimbursement processing and employee verifications.
• Provide policy questions and compliance support to HR community.
