Job summary
The Freeman Company is seeking a Manager, Digital Commerce Strategic Planning & Analysis to own the financial view of category and channel performance, from shadow P&L management through budgeting and long-range planning. Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategic Planning & Analysis, you will operate with autonomy and influence senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of total professional experience in FP&A, planning, analytics, or related areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the Digital Commerce shadow P&L, with accuracy and monthly variance analysis.
- Drive category KPI reporting, scorecards, and forecast views.
- Lead budgeting and long-range planning with FP&A and Merchandising.
- Present performance narratives at WBR, MOR, and QBR with insights.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to integrate audience data into reporting.
