Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives across the enterprise. This high-impact role combines execution excellence with strong governance, shaping how we work as an organization.

You will manage cross-functional programs within Commerce and Technology Services, collaborating with technology, product, and business partners. The role supports hybrid work, requiring 2–3 days on-site in designated show sites.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive, hands-on program and project management experience directly leading digital, technology, or transformation programs at enterprise scale.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives end to end in environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience operating in a $1B+ enterprise environment with delivery across digital transformation, ERP, or data and analytics programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the organization's most critical digital programs and projects.
• Build and manage integrated plans, schedules, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Define success metrics and ensure accountability across teams, vendors, and partners.
• Adapt governance and execution models (waterfall, agile, kanban) to fit each initiative.
