Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in product, analysis, or PM roles.
• Experience with digital banking or fintech is helpful.
• Ability to write clear user requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document digital banking requirements and user stories.
• Ensure testing strategies and acceptance criteria align with business goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and technology teams during delivery.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and roadmaps.
• Support release readiness and post-release validation.
