Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives within its digital banking platform. You will manage the product backlog, guide agile teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the member experience across mobile and online channels.

The role requires knowledge of credit union products, vendor coordination, and delivering initiatives from concept to delivery. This hybrid in-office position supports Northern Virginia operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of digital banking support, bank systems administrator or product management experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in banking or credit union products.
• Experience with digital banking and Fintech vendors.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian products).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Product Management and Scrum certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital product management for the mobile app, online banking, and related channels.
• Backlog management, prioritization, and refinement with agile teams.
• Collaborate across marketing, IT, PMO, and member support to ensure consistent experiences.
• Conduct market insights to guide product improvements and growth.
• Coordinate vendor management and incident response to ensure stability.
