Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions LLC, a Phoenix-based technology partner for Desert Financial Credit Union and 175+ credit unions, seeks a Sr Product Manager to own the Commercial Digital Banking product lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Commercial Banking Team to shape strategy, roadmap, and fintech integrations, mentoring peers and guiding agile teams.

You will drive adoption, oversee testing and launch plans, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years experience in digital product B2B management.
• 3+ years experience in strategic analysis related to system implementation in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years working with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years Financial Institution Experience (Credit Union or Bank) OR Commercial Banking technology vendor experience.
• Excellent product management skills.
• Demonstrated combination of technical aptitude and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product lifecycle for the Commercial Digital Banking product and related features.
• Defines product strategy, roadmap, and business cases with stakeholders.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams (engineering, design, information security, platform support, and banking team).
• Drives member adoption programs for products and services.
• Translates business needs into new features and services.
• Ensures regulatory and data security compliance.
• Documents user stories, acceptance criteria, and product capabilities in agile teams.
• Gathers feedback to validate product performance against metrics.
