Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior Product Manager to drive digital banking initiatives, including mobile app and online banking enhancements. You will manage the product backlog, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with vendors to deliver member-centric digital experiences across multiple channels.

We require extensive experience in digital banking, product management, and strong vendor collaboration skills.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in digital banking support, bank systems admin or product management.
• Minimum 5+ years in product management within banking or credit union products.
• Experience with digital banking and Fintech vendors is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital product backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Manage product lifecycle and vendor performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with IT incident managers for issue resolution and service restoration.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and member needs across digital channels.
