Job summary

UW Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Product Strategy to lead enterprise product strategy and long‑term roadmaps for core banking and digital experiences. You will own the checking and deposit strategy, guide cross‑functional Product Strategy Teams, and ensure market‑leading growth aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Risk, translating member insights into differentiated value across channels while shaping a data‑driven product

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management and strategic leadership in retail banking or credit unions.
• Regulatory fluency in consumer financial services (Reg E, Truth-in-Savings).
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, UX research, and data analytics programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise product strategy and long-term roadmaps across banking products and digital experiences.
• Own checking and core deposits strategy, including pricing and lifecycle management.
• Drive omnichannel delivery by aligning digital products with branch operations and support teams.
• Translate member intelligence and behavior data into roadmap decisions with AI/data collaboration.
• Ensure launch readiness and operational enablement with marketing and training teams.
