Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in product, business analysis, or project management.
• Experience with product management, business analysis, system analysis or project management methodologies.
• Ability to develop clear and concise user requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in waterfall and/or agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather and write business requirements for Digital Banking products and services.
• Document requirements, user stories and testing strategies for end-user needs.
• Assist with backlog refinement by defining scope, acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and SMEs to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of digital banking products, vendor platforms, and member journeys.
• Support release readiness with testing schedules, checklists and communications.
• Coordinate intake, triage and resolution of digital banking issues.
• Contribute to product roadmap with insights from testing, feedback and opportunities.
• Occasionally support product releases outside normal hours.
