Embrace Pet Insurance in Cleveland, OH seeks a highly analytical Digital Analytics & Measurement Manager to own our end-to-end measurement ecosystem for the website, quote engine, and customer portal. You will translate user behavior into measurable business impact across marketing, product, and engineering teams.

You’ll lead GTM and GA4 implementations, define conversion events, optimize funnels, support experiments, and ensure data quality to drive growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital analytics.
• Proficient with GTM and GA4 for tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Measurement & Tracking across websites and applications.
• Manage GA4 configurations, attribution models, and conversion events.
• Analyze funnels and conversion performance to identify optimizations.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing with accurate measurement.
• Ensure data quality and governance across analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
