Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to advance measurement across the organization. This role focuses on building scalable datasets and data pipelines, integrating data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, and delivering location-level insights for Neighborly’s franchise network.

You will lead analytics projects, develop dashboards, and drive actionable business intelligence across our suite of brands through hybrid work in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience in building data models and dashboards.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Experience leading analysts or analytical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable datasets, data models, and data pipelines for digital marketing reporting.
• Integrate data from GA4, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, call-tracking, and SEO tools.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reporting solutions for website and marketing performance.
• Create automated reporting for franchise owners with location-level insights.
• Lead recurring and ad hoc analyses of traffic, leads, and conversion performance.
