Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; 8+ years in analytics or BI.
• 3+ years in people leadership of analytics or BI teams.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives across functions.
• Advanced Power BI with enterprise reporting.
• Experience with executive stakeholder influence.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
