Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital analytics role.
• Experience in an e-commerce or lead-generation business.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Ability to forecast, model, and mine data.
• Strong communication of data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Understanding of insurance/finance fundamentals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics strategies to measure and optimize digital performance, focusing on AmFam.com results.
• Analyze data from web analytics, media, and CRM systems to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports to track digital marketing metrics and report findings.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity and explain performance drivers.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement and performance.
• Translate data into compelling stories for business leaders to inform decisions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging analytics tech in marketing.
• Provide training and support on analytics tools and methodologies.
