Job summary

SeekWell, parent of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, seeks a Manager of Digital Analytics & Engineering to bridge analytics and engineering—measuring, understanding, and improving digital customer experiences across web and app.

This hybrid role leads Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and related platforms; collaborates with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design scalable measurement and ensure trustworthy data for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital analytics, analytics engineering, marketing technology, or related field.
• Deep experience with digital analytics platforms and web/mobile measurement.
• Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tags; pref. Customer Journey Analytics and AEP.
• Experience designing analytics solutions: data layers, event tracking, identity, and data classification.
• Experience with tag management systems and client/server data collection.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital analytics and measurement strategy across web and mobile app experiences.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer behavior and influence strategy.
• Design, implement, and evolve analytics solutions with accurate data.
• Own and advance Adobe analytics ecosystem (Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, AEP, Tags).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define analytics requirements and specs.
• Design and maintain data layers, event schemas, identity strategies, and classifications.
• Establish QA processes to improve data reliability and trustworthiness.
• Lead analysis of A/B tests and post‑impact review with recommendations.
• Create reporting frameworks to evaluate digital performance and opportunities.
• Align measurement strategy with broader business priorities across teams.
