Erias Ventures seeks a DevOps Engineer to join our hybrid team in Columbia, MD. You will implement infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure reliability and scalability of services in AWS with EKS and Kubernetes.

The role requires 5+ years of DevOps or software development experience, DoD 8140/8570 compliance, and the ability to work 2–3 days per week in our Columbia, MD office or on site with customers. Salary ranges from $150k to $250k annually.

Formación

• Five plus (5+) years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development with a related Bachelor's degree.
• Security clearance within DoD 8140/8570 framework or ability to obtain (e.g., Security+) within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure in AWS and container orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS, especially EKS.
• Automate deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines for reliability and rapid scaling.
• Manage Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into the operational infrastructure.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot to maintain high availability.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to optimize performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
