Erias Ventures, LLC. is seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced team. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, automate deployments in AWS, and collaborate with developers to scale solutions. Strong scripting in Python/Bash/Go and DoD compliance are essential.

Hybrid work is offered (2–3 days/week in-office); security clearance requirements apply, with potential for growth and advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years DevOps or software development experience with related degree; or 3+ years with a Master's.
• Security clearance: active Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. Citizenship required.
• DoD 8140/8570 compliance certifications (Security+) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure in AWS, emphasis on EKS and scaling.
• Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with dev teams to integrate apps into operations.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability.
• Improve processes and tooling; stay current with new tech.
• Partial telework is allowed; 2-3 days in office as needed.
• Willingness to work in Columbia, MD area or at customer sites.
