Job summary

TalentRemedy seeks a Senior Associate, Development to manage donor and grant data, strengthen information systems, and coordinate fundraising deliverables across teams in our Washington, DC area, hybrid schedule with three onsite days.

You will build reports and dashboards, consolidate development data, and partner with program, finance, and executive teams to keep proposals and donor communications on track while supporting continuous process improvements and AI-assisted insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising or grants management experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, fundraising databases and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and manage complex workflows within 90 days.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Commitment to child welfare or social impact work.
• Willingness to commute to Washington, DC at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor and grant information in the CRM, resolve data issues, and create reports and dashboards that inform fundraising strategy.
• Consolidate development data and improve systems for managing documents, donor communications, and grant deliverables.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and executive teams to keep proposals, grant reports, and donor communications on schedule.
• Manage development calendars, scheduling, action items, and operational workflows.
• Research prospective donors and funding opportunities and prepare donor profiles, meeting briefs, and follow-up materials.
• Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and payment schedules while coordinating reporting inputs across departments.
• Identify potential delays and proactively address issues to ensure timely follow-through.
