International Development Group is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Arlington-based team. You will support proposal development, budgets, and client deliverables while collaborating with the New Business leadership.

The role blends in-office days with remote work, offering diverse, global project exposure. You will engage in multiple tasks—from past performance segments to technical writing—while maintaining rigorous standards and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of international development, state or local government project work experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong Excel and quantitative skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organizational and prioritization skills; entrepreneurial attitude to support growth.
• Experience living or working in developing countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal teams under the guidance of a Proposal Manager and Director of New Business.
• Assist with past performance write-ups, corporate capabilities, resumes, and technical writing support.
• Engage in pre-RFP capture activities and research for new business opportunities.
• Support project implementation through closeout, including budgeting and financial management.
