Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an Associate Director in the Donor Relations team to oversee fund administration, stewardship reporting, and data integrity across donor funds.

Reporting to the Director, you will coordinate with ISM and Finance, prepare formal reports, and develop metrics to strengthen donor stewardship and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, time management and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Donor Relations fund administration and financial stewardship.
• Serve as primary contact for fund data, requests, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity in collaboration with ISM and Finance.
• Develop and implement stewardship metrics and process improvements.
• Produce formal donor reports for current-use and endowment funds.
