• Teamwork and effective handoffs across IS groups.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly.
• Basic scripting (PowerShell) and SQL knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-level support for end users, resolving data processing problems.
• Respond to Help Desk incidents and document resolutions and context.
• Escalate urgent issues to IS staff with recommended actions.
• Provide hardware, software, phone, and conferencing support.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and inventory tracking.
• Manage user accounts and access rights.
• Support backup operations and routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with IS teams on projects and service standards.
• Help create and maintain knowledge base for the IS department.
