Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist end users, manage workstations, and support mobile devices in a hybrid environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS, configure imaging, and maintain security/compliance while delivering timely service within SLAs. An Associate’s degree is required; ATM and printer support are part of the role. The position reports to Sup - IT Support in the IT - Help Desk and Desktop department.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and other devices in an Enterprise Environment.
• Administer remote access management and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot non-reoccurring issues.
• Manage mobile devices using an MDM solution.
• Perform troubleshooting of ATM hardware and software using remote diagnostics tools.
• Install and test remote software deployments and updates.
• Respond to tickets via the Service Desk system within SLA.
