Job summary

California School Boards Association (CSBA) is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to deliver advanced IT support across servers, networks, and endpoints from our West Sacramento office. Hybrid work includes three days in-office and two days remote, with emphasis on project leadership and proactive system improvements.

The role involves AD, SCCM, VMware, security controls, and end-user support, aiming to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with 3–5 years of Windows-based network support experience.
• Experience, training, or certifications in IT tools and best practices including SCCM, ITIL, CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support via phone, remote tools, and email with emphasis on rapid issue resolution.
• Perform recurring maintenance and upgrades on computers and servers, including remote updates through automation.
• Configure and maintain server components: AD, security permissions, Exchange, SCCM, and backup systems.
• Lead projects to enhance IT capabilities and improve customer service quality.
