Degenkolb Engineers in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to install and maintain computer systems, support mobile devices, printers, and conference room equipment in a hybrid work setting.

You will join the Information Systems team to provide high-quality service to internal clients, manage hardware and software inventories, accounts, and interoperability, and collaborate with the Desktop Team to resolve issues.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in a Help Desk or computer support environment.
• Experience with Windows OS deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnight visits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple users and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain computer systems and imaging via SaaS solutions.
• Record and complete service requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain printers and conference room equipment.
• Collaborate with the Desktop Team and IS group to resolve issues.
• Develop a knowledge growth plan.
