Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Help Desk or computer support environment.
• Knowledge of major hardware and software components.
• Deployment and management of Windows OS.
• IT certification and/or college-level computer classes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up computer systems through imaging and SaaS solutions.
• Record and close service requests in the ticketing system.
• Follow regular maintenance schedules for computer systems.
• Maintain printers and related equipment.
• Develop a knowledge growth plan.
• Collaborate with the Desktop Team to resolve issues.
