Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Design Management Professional for the Pacific Northwest region in a hybrid role. You will guide design delivery, lead planning, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex manufacturing projects.

Ideal candidates have engineering credentials, 7+ years in project management for semiconductor facilities, and strong stakeholder communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline or 10 years of Industrial Advanced Technology experience in design.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing projects related to industrial semiconductor facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate planning sessions and daily check-ins.
• Coordinate collaboration with Trade Partners and design teams.
• Oversee technical quality assurance and documentation across project deliverables.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage scope and cost changes.
• Communicate plans and constraints to stakeholders and negotiate where needed.
• Ensure alignment of multidisciplinary teams and timely project delivery.
