Jacobs is seeking a Project Coordinator Professional to support design, engineering and project delivery for advanced manufacturing facilities across the United States. You’ll assist with documents, invoicing, and coordination among a multidisciplinary team to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have experience in project environments and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with telecom schematics and design software is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in a project environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word.
• Ability to learn, read and design telecom design schematics.
• Ability to learn and become proficient with design software programs.

Aufgaben

• Provide design, engineering and project delivery support to the client.
• Assist with processing of invoices and purchase orders as needed.
• Provide technical support to the design team and coordinate across disciplines.
• Support communications with the client to ensure alignment and progress.
