Jacobs is seeking a Program Lead to oversee a Data Center Program within Advanced Manufacturing across the United States. The role serves as the central point of contact for related projects, requiring team management and cross-functional coordination to meet program standards.

The candidate will develop people, processes, and tools to improve performance, deliverables, and user expertise while engaging clients and stakeholders to optimize workflows and drive innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Technical, professional, or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a Data Center Program within Advanced Manufacturing.
• Coordinate projects and staff, ensuring standard workflows meet Data Center project standards.
• Develop people, processes, technology, and tools to improve discipline performance and deliverables.
• Write and estimate proposals for new work within the program.
• Engage with clients to discuss workflows and optimizations.
