Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline Data Center and Advanced Manufacturing programs, spanning OE, EPCM, and Design‑Build delivery. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk across complex facilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and program performance.

Ideal candidates have 12–15 years in project management on industrial facilities, with 5+ years on data center or semiconductor programs, and strong scheduling & cost control skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 12–15 years of progressive project management experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs.
• 5 years PM experience on Data Center/Advanced Technology/semiconductor projects.
• Fluency across OE, EPCM, or Design‑Build delivery; ability to articulate structure and risk allocation.
• Proficiency in scheduling with P6 or MS Project and in cost tracking/EV reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, and risk register.
• Manage engineering fee budgets, subcontract scopes, and monthly earned value tracking.
• Lead schedule development in P6 or MS Project and manage critical path analyses.
• Administer contracts and change orders with rigorous cost substantiation.
