Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools required.
• Occasional travel for training, collaboration, or client interaction may be required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates—particularly for hard-to-fill roles—using job boards, social media, search engines, and other traditional or innovative channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent across local and national markets.
• Review resumes and candidate profiles to assess alignment with role requirements.
• Support candidate inbound and outbound candidate management with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience.
• Create and leverage recruitment marketing assets such as job postings, emails, and social content.
• Collaborate with teammates to design creative attraction and engagement strategies.
• Participate in community outreach with organizations, workforce centers, and DEI partners to expand brand presence and candidate reach.

• Perform other sourcing or research-related duties as needed.
