Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of IRS regulations for retirement accounts and qualified plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ticketing systems, and corporate communication apps, along with Forge systems experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining self-motivated and resourceful.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand in an office or remote setting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Review and update client account information, including valuation data and LLC dissolutions.
• Identify and assess client submissions to ensure compliance.
• Maintain records of client submissions, process client requests, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines, as well as departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.
