Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Institutional Services Specialist in a hybrid environment in Colorado. You will support Institutional and Relationship Management teams, processing IRA transactions and reconciling accounts while adhering to security standards.

Responsibilities include onboarding support, relationship development, and collaboration across internal teams to drive client satisfaction and process improvements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months to 1 year in financial services or fintech preferred.
• Experience with custody and retirement accounts is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Forge systems and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch team support and service excellence.
• Execute and monitor IRA account transactions across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties securely.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
• Assist client onboarding, relationship management, and business development.
• Respond to inquiries within service levels and document thoroughly.
• Support custodial duties and data entry for accounts.
