Charles Schwab is seeking a Director of Digital Asset Custody to define the product strategy and roadmap for custody capabilities that safeguard digital assets throughout their lifecycle. You will translate diverse needs into actionable requirements and drive delivery priorities across product, technology, and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, platform product management, custody, brokerage, banking, payments, or financial-services technology.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for digital asset custody capabilities.
• Translate client, business, technology, regulatory, and risk needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, cybersecurity, finance, and third-party providers.
• Guide decisions involving wallet infrastructure, transaction authorization, blockchain connectivity, asset servicing, reconciliation, controls, and operational resiliency.
