Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience across custody, brokerage, banking, or fintech tech.
• Experience in digital-asset custody platforms, strategy to delivery and controls.
• Knowledge of crypto/blockchain concepts: wallets, private keys, signing, networks, tokens, smart contracts.
• Understanding cybersecurity principles and key management, including HSMs, access controls, and secure key recovery.
• Ability to translate regulatory, risk, and tech needs into product roadmaps and user stories.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with tech, operations, legal, risk, and third-party providers.
• Strong problem solving, written communication, and stakeholder management in evolving environments.
