Relias is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist in Morrisville, NC to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive demand for Relias B2B SaaS solutions. You will bridge campaign support and ownership, using data and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in demand generation, and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Events in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or related field.
• Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns, projects, or programs.
• Experience using data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to translate business objectives into defined campaign plans across channels.
• Experience coordinating campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns to support pipeline and bookings.
• Coordinate multi-channel activities and briefs ensuring timely delivery.
• Use insights to inform audience strategy, messaging, and channel decisions.
• Monitor funnel performance and translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Events to align campaigns.
