Job summary

Redbridge is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand its U.S. Debt Advisory client base from Chicago or Houston.

The role focuses on converting opportunities into revenue, leveraging broker-dealer status and a strong referral network to drive growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling financial advisory services to CFOs and treasurers, with a proven six-figure deal history, and a strategic, client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling Financial or Credit or Debt advisory services – including capital markets/corporate banking solutions to CFOs, Treasurers and Treasury staff of companies (generally $100 million + revenue companies)

Responsibilities

• Review/refine Debt Advisory Ideal Client Profile and client target list with Product colleagues
• Establish productive relationships with strategic treasury and finance leaders across Debt Advisory target clients and other referral sources
• Effectively communicate Redbridge’s Debt Advisory proposition and persuade corporates of the value of our approach
• Identify and originate Debt Advisory opportunities including Capital Structure Advisory, Ratings, Syndicated Loans, Private Placements, Working Capital and Securitization
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecast to meet targets for profitable sales growth
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and product experts to share ideas and co-market to clients
• Build the Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory franchise through thought leadership activities
• Refer Redbridge services such as Cash management optimization and payment optimization to the appropriate Cash Management and Payment sales team member
