This remote, U.S.-based role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and focuses on building relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other debt sellers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business development within debt buying or receivables management, with a proven ability to secure access to buyer panels and travel

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of business development within debt buying, collections, receivables management, or related financial services.
• Established relationships within the debt buying ecosystem, including creditors, portfolio sellers, and buyers.
• Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and navigating institutional sales processes.
• Experience identifying portfolio acquisition opportunities and managing buyer panels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new debt purchasing opportunities with banks, financial institutions, creditors, and portfolio sellers.
• Build and maintain relationships to expand access to debt portfolios and acquisition opportunities.
• Lead efforts to secure approval on buyer panels and purchaser programs.
• Manage opportunities from outreach through evaluation, approval, and acquisition review.
• Partner with Analytics, Operations, and senior leadership to assess opportunities and support decisions.
• Maintain an active Salesforce pipeline and monitor market activity and trends.
