Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Data Transformation & Governance Manager to lead governance, standards, and data quality across integrated acquisitions. You will embed governance into migration, modernization, and analytics enablement, aligning stakeholders and ensuring defensible dispositions of data assets.

This role requires strong leadership, executive reporting, and deep experience in unifying structured and unstructured data across the enterprise, with a hybrid work model and a base salary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data governance, transformation, management, quality, integration, or related enterprise technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend enterprise data governance frameworks to acquired‑company integration, with ownership, stewardship, and performance metrics.
