Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processes and retirement plans.
• Familiarity with basic banking procedures and financial workflows.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Generate and upload banking files for customers to corresponding banks.
• Record incoming client wires.
• Process ACH adjustments as needed.
• ACH editing for voids, reissues and changes.
• Create ACH payments for tax notices.
• Create tax preparer file after ACH file is sent.
• Handle client termination processing and system updates.
