Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Data Operations Coordinator in New York to support the Data Strategies & Operations team. The role handles daily gifts and membership processing, deposits, and data quality across CRM and related systems.

The position requires attention to detail, experience with data operations, and the ability to balance routine processing with project support. Onsite schedule with potential remote day once a week after six months.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in data entry or related administrative/data operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and shared documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process daily gifts and membership transactions with accuracy and documentation.
• Support weekly department deposits and related documentation coordination.
• Assist with reconciliation activities and ERP-related data review as needed.
• Maintain donor records, ensure data integrity, and manage duplicates.
• Provide backup coverage for daily operations during absences or peak periods.
• Document procedures and participate in cross-training for resilience.
• Support CRM, middleware, ticketing, and data operations initiatives.
