• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; experience with Bloomerang (or other CRM) strongly preferred.
• Strong writing skills required.
• One or more years of applicable work experience or equivalent academic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process donations within 2 business days and coordinate with Finance.
• Maintain donor records and CRM data accuracy; support stewardship activities.
• Prepare donor acknowledgements and correspondence; track acknowledgement status.
• Provide administrative support to the Development team; document processes and update policies.
